I have been thinking alot about this feature in GC, and I have come up with some ideas/questions. I am not asking for a re-write of the GC code- so dont go there!!
1) Maybe, as in some ancient cultures, enslavement only lasted for set period of time? maybe like two weeks??
2) Why can`t/shouldn`t Guardians be enable to enslave ?? Again, reference point #1. Guards cant UW so the impact is more strategic and not tactical. Plus, a new source of income for a race that is already hard to play (TB servers)
3) This has been said before - and I like it - if an enslaver goes into VM for more than 3 days then all enslavement is ended. Seems pretty simple
I`m sure the rest of `you-all` have some interesting ideas too..... |

Sometimes admin rulings can just be hard to understand when you get something like "the reason this happened was due to a previously unknown and never again seen bug in the game".
But back to the issue... Enslavement... |

everyone would go "He pt`d his c3`s it`s not fair" then admins who actually looked into it at that time would see they infact were not pt`s then admins are in the wrong..
Fact is people have bias against other people always will be the case.. but i can say without a doubt that if i were the one who had the final ruling on this case i would`ve ruled the same as was decided in the end by all who looked it over.. and i can say that for anyone who would`ve been in this circumstance.. but i`m also someone who believes in getting proof of facts before acting.. As generally i`m opposed to punishing people who are/could be innocent.
But hey who needs to be a fair admin when i can just side with people opposed to facts.. Sibi you honestly disappoint me. and GA honestly handle this how you want i don`t care right now.. |

99+ day(s) ago | Well Raist I would be happy to know that everything happened by the book, and there were no reason to point fingers, But I doubt I could make a legitimate HC thread now since it happened so long ago that I dont remember the date.
But it is not so much to point fingers, more to point out that there are ways to go around the rules transfering planets/cash/whatever without breaking the writting rules, and thus not getting black listed. I have always found this to be borderline cheating, but it has been pointed out numerous times by staff to be okay. That is why 60 day old collectives can do UWs on TB servers for instance and carry galleon over to whatever chosen race.
GameAdmin: Rules are enforced in the manner that Stephen dictates he also made and wrote the rules as well as how staff are to handle each case

99+ day(s) ago | There`s new admins UC side, they can review the old case notes as well if you`d like. Since I don`t even know UC staff, there would not be a single chance for anyone to call it bias. If you would like to do this, then please open a HC thread, and I will contact GameAdmin to assign a UC staff to the case.
I`m only explaining this in a public thread because I feel you are justified in wanting answers, and I`m more than willing to help provide them for you. However I still have to enforce the rules and ask that you keep accusations off the public forums.

Continue it again you`ll get a 3 day turn suspend no appeals will be entertained same goes for everyone else who continues to bring this up.
BadWolf: Not about to allow this GA there is NO need to go into the extremes.
Your complaints belong in Ask > Abuse > Complain against Guide/Admins, Ask > Abuse > Report Cheating
However this has already been looked into by staff repeatedly. Accept it or don`t i no longer care. But do not continue to bring it up in the forum or my private message box and no im not referring to you about my private message box but those who i am referring to know who they are.

99+ day(s) ago | Planet trading isnt needed,,, for most guard empires that is ofc, some still do it while staff doesnt care.
Guards are terribly unbalanced imo, It is too easy to gordo a massive guard on RT, while for guards on TB its much harder to get a decent income. |
