Rather than just sitting there looking pretty and not usable, why not make it a race that makes its income from enslavement? And can only be picked after a successful UW.
It will be a non-explorable race, for extra challenge. Their homeworld is capturable.
But their advantage is in that as compared to other enslaving races, when their tribute reserves is full, all incoming tribute from slaves will go directly to their empire`s cash, rather than disappearing into thin air.
also, unlike most other races. D.maru can send starbases as reinforcements to their slave empires.
all planets captured by D.maru (excluding clusters and U classes) will be turned into Dead type planets of the same land size.
thoughts? (: its just a rough idea i have, if its possible to implement it then i will work on the finer aspects, down to the specifics. |

99+ day(s) ago | i can tel you from personal experience, 999,999,999 is all you are going to get.
The fact is this: you can REWARD your slaves from the "surplus" tribute, but other than that, you will never be able to get beyond 999,999,999 once your reserves are maxed. |

but SD, one way around it is letting the UW winner play an npc by forcing he/she to go a race with which they can enslave and then add the D.Maru ships to the account. something of that sort, just a thought. |

and honestly i`m not so sure i`d want to see him mess with the code, because usually when he does he messes up way more than he fixes |
