Every single player in ultra will agree that ultra needs to be fixed i dont care who you are what fed your in but the server is a fricken mess and we all know it. Ever since i joined this server in like 08? it seemed it was ALWAYS 1 fed that dominated it. honestly who really wants to play on a server like that unless your in that fed? It was once TC who were ontop when i first joined then they slowly died down and CC took over for alil bit. Next in line was BR now i know it might be fun at first cause hell your #1 why not celebrate right? but when is enough enough? I guarantee that 95% of the server is bored and hell even 75% of BR is probably too!! We dont need staffs help to make the server fun. we just need to communicate more even if that means talking to the enemies. Ive been against the tabbies and BR for the longest yet i still had some good friends in there fed.
So my idea is that as the players of ultra we try and have some fun, real fun. Like they had on RT i did some looking in the ranks and it seems we have a far amount of races out there. Why not try a Race war? its something new and unique and as players we can make our own rules! (each race will pick one player in fed to be the leader, those leaders will come up and agree apon rules) theres alot of every race on this server but maru and viral...maybe you guys can be 1 fed sorry :P haha. once people on other servers see what were doing and how unique it is more people may want to join in or even the players who arnt as active might want to try a different race and become active. Yes that means we will be working with enemies but it doesnt have to last forever...just a change in pace is all. Try something new, whats the worst that could really happen? (dont answer that >.> hahaha)
I just want to end saying i miss this server and how fun it was. i havent bought a paid on it for the longest cause ive lost interest but now...now we need change. Its time we do something with or without the staff.

99+ day(s) ago | Well, Viral and Collective can capture and make up for the economy. Also, viral ships are cheap and it can use marauder ships. So economies can hardly be compared just income wise.
And I was talking about fighting, not UWing. For UWing there is no argument that it would be miner that wins by a good margin. |

Well, it`s always hard to predict how things will turn out...I was just hypothesizing based on known game mechanics and principles :P
When it comes to winning/controling the ranks, richer races and races with higher BR will win.
Miners/Guards have the richest/highest BR ships.
Viral are among the mediocore in economy empires, and terrans aren`t terribly rich either.
Collective/Maru...I believe would lose in the long run because I always consider their inability to explore a huge weakness when it comes to controlling the ranks...not neccarily surviving...we know that it isn`t too hard, but trying to take the ranks will be difficult.

I totally disagree. If the race wars are also limited in the number of players, so it is equal amount against equal amount, marauders can do pretty well, collectives too. And also depends who is fighting who.

99+ day(s) ago | I`d like to see civil wars break out among races. 2X attacks against everyone of your race, regardless of fed wars. May be it would last a week.
Rewards could be made to the 3 empires making the most attacks to give people an incentive. Maybe a few BTC`s. ie: Empire with the most attacks gets 6, 2nd place gets 4, 3rd gets 2.
You would have to make only non-fed attacks count so fed mates don`t go back and forth attacking each other with 1 ship to rack up attacks. |

Events are one thing, but this kind of sounds haphazard and not thought up well currently. My 2 cents |
