I don`t have much only an idea for a event.
Make an NPC empire at max pr or empires at multiple PR levels. Players lose the ability to make non race ships and must use only racial ships. The NPC/s may only use non race ships. The players must kill the boss NPC to regain control of non race ships.
Would this be possible in game? |
