when you click the command button at the top of the screen you are taken to a main page. above the image is a link that says "how to play this game for newbies"
click that and download the .pdf for a "walkthrough/guide" it is quite good.
read it and follow the simple instructions and guides for the terran race and you should understand the game some more.
