Hi all. How do I do special missions when Act 1 is done?

The special missions is the Kalzul Overmind Project(known to players as the UW) completing this will get you on the winners list.
To complete this you need to activate both parts of the Project and last 48 hours without attack restrictions and only 1 hour Damage Protection. If you are defeated in battle below 500k pr or with less than 5 planets the UW is destroyed.
