Could we maybe get a sticky thread with

The redefined market transfer loophole.
Governed practice on federation mechanics (when is it legal to hit someone?)
Other changes that i`ve forgotten?

It would be optimal if these things were written into the rules as well, but i know that`s probably harder than making a forum thread....
