some kind of complaints...
i`ve trusted what the spacefed community said.
especially to me,absolutely newbie, that kind of manual is only and huge place on where i lean.

i have played this game step by step by asking people on chat and this help center, examining closely the manual you operators mentioned to me. (with my poor english. it takes so terrific time and pain to write this thread, needless to say about to read)

once, i had realized about the importance of missions and decided to complete them.
at that time i had cluster2 and six u.class planets and one cluster1.
but to complete act1 mission9, it seemed that there was no way to endure hardships large upkeep for scout and dismiss my valuable planets to make useless c2.

in the spacefed community, there is no mention about act2 paid account restriction. if i knew that, i could not have decided to do.

well, maybe it`s a really tiny thing in this galaxy for someone.
but i beleive that suitable, kind and correct information is much more helpful to newbie than intervening in the food price.

if it was totally my fault, blame me and regard this post just a `sighing of newbie with poor-english`.
sorry about this uproaring

I will see if I can get paid notes added to the missions though.

The community site is a site that is run by players for players. We have little to do with the content of the site. Missions are progressive, and are meant to build your empire. Regardless of whether you get a reward for them or not (i.e. pay for the extra) it will never hurt you to do what the site tells you to do.
