That is the only other way to "tribute", as you say. It is a set amount of cash, which comes from your own tribute funds... you could be there a while trying to give any significant amount of cash that way. ^^;

no, the only way to give anything is in the form of gold silver bronze dinero artifacts
and there is no way to give anything else other than money.
