How can someone with 22k PR have 19 planets, 25 C.Taruses and 7 T.Empreneurs? Boggles the mind.

if its an attack on normal,agg, or carefull I believe their is a 60% chance reinforcements will arive.
some advise, if you go to attack a non paid race check to see if they have a master first and if they do what pr are they siiting at.
reinforcements if I remember correctly " ive been wrong bfore " come mostly from third and fourth stack of your enemy, so its not their entire fleet.

Reinforcements would have been sent by the slave master. A player with that planet count and pr would have had no ships of their own.
If you tried an enslave attack reinforcements will be sent everytime. If it is a normal attack it will be possible reinforcements are not sent but they can be sent a number of times in a row so it is up to you if you want to risk the hit
