I have a large commical and indrustry but i have -13,289,611$. what do i do to get more money???

first of all get out of debt by doing the following
disband your fleet if your in dp
stop using turns
sell ore and minerals on the market
petition your master for reward money if your a slave
check your recent events for any changes in income
for a comercial terran research housing up to level 8, then all comercial.
make just enough of food to support your empire. for land explore for two 20k plus c2`s and put as much infrastructure into comercial as you can, placing just enough in food to be to the positive
some players will kill the population down to 1 so they dont have to buy much food but be carefull if your population dies completly your colony is dead unless its clustered with another
