I attacked this guy and got his border xtreme colony and it states that i can`t plunder it. How do i get rid of it?

just put it on your border and go out of dp or cluster it

420Renegade is half correct. Virals have to infect it first, collectives don`t.
Virals and Collectives can as well, but they have to infect or assimilate it first to plunder it

You either cluster it or lose it by someone else getting it. Only marauder can plunder extreme colonys.
