1.How to make other ships in my menu theres only two:Fifgter,scout.

On your Research Page (Under the `Science` Category on the left menu), The bottom is your technology tree.
You should research everything there except the KalZul Overmind Project, and probably the Capsule Lab to for awhile, you won`t need that right away starting out.
The research you do there gives you the permenent ability to build new kinds of ships.
