as high as possible, when in dp explore for borders and rebuild your starbases up, starbases wont take you out of dp, make sure you have plenty of money and minerals and go for it!

well if you have some money you can try an exploration uw, but I believe once you go below 500k pr its deystroyed, if someone else can confirm this thx

umm no i research both parts and i have 47 hours to go
if your not in position to use it dont do any further research on it, you only activated part of it. some players will do this just to see their name on the recent events screen
