A good stack of 10 ships could hit both fodder hard the first time and hurt the to SB and fodder on the second round. Only the top 4 have to have numbers of ships.

Even if the lower 6 stacks were each a single ship it would give the surviving stacks, that hit the 2 fodder stacks, a second shot at his top 2 stacks.

Less than 10 ships would waste a second hit as his lower stacks crush the survivors.

i believe a decent Nirvana spam should take out a good portion of the fodder
