you are right cept, it`s not easy on the other side of things either - saving every penny never fighting so that you can build higher for the UW, waking up early/staying up late and digging etc.

It`s WAAAAY easier to kill a UW than to build for a UW I hope you realize that :P

you have obviously no idea how to build a UW fleet. What EMC2 has here is the perfect `model` UW fleet in my opinion

This cycle of Lakko UWs and then devoting all your turns to digging/fuzing rather than fighting/building up/researching is a killjoy.

No one seems interested in correcting the imbalance created by the UW rewards. I dont see it stopping any time soon.

Yeah, I`ve looked back into the archived posts in the forum. People were saying that GC was dead as far back as 2006 :P

yeah, hate Lakkos in an UW, though if I ever do one, you can bet I`ll have them too :P I just hate Galleons, what a pain. Though it must have taken a while to build all of those, over 4k turns if my math is right, which, at this point of the day is questionable.

I hear what you are saying ned, but I still hate lakkos in a UW.

For the record, I chose the lakko over the bullhead because I was expecting to get BTC`ed on fast. (which did happen) They are both amazing UW ships, but lakko stands up better to BTC pressure whereas bullheads fold under BTCs :P

bullhead is probably a superior ship to lakko on RT
