Slow server inactivity

43 people above NP, and I can even see myself in np on the top empires list for slow, and I make the rich list at 1.3 billion. Pretty sad if you ask me.

it`s a pain that I got enslaved, then the guy popped up to 2.7 million pr, then went into 100 hours of vm. *grumbles* I don`t have the money at the moment to build high enough to get free, obviously.

doesn`t help that GC is generally inactive atm... slow actually does require a fair bit of patience to get into (for people who enjoy getting going fast) lol
