What do Xtreme Colony`s Hold and can you ever get rid of them

They can also be clustered and then plundered (or used...)
Coll viral and marauder can plunder x class (viral infects first)... other races get rid of them by putting them as a border and leaving dp lol

set them as a border, get out of DP.. problem solved.
some races can plunder them. some don`t.
