no you cant put your own credits in there you can only give slaves what they have tributed
i don think u can put credit from ur acc into the tribute reserve to give ur slave.. u can oni use the credit available in ur tribute reserve to reward ur slave.. u cant add more credit to the tribute reserve urself..

To withdraw reserves from slaves you have to go to the slave empires tab and click on withdraw tribute.
To give slaves money from this you have to go to the empire and click reward
