STC Voting?

"You are only allowed to vote once a day for a STC , anymore could result in force restart"

We all know the, only vote once per day rule. But im curious as in what has been said;

so here`s 3 questions

Q 1)
what about if you have accounts on other server`s, is it ok to vote for each and every account?

Q 2)
also the once per day, it that server time or local time?

Q 3)
and is it ok for another empire to vote for you, i.e friend who doesent want his stc so he votes for you?

1 vote a day max , that means 1 vote , only 1 , you can vote the game just once , that means once , all your empires are still you and you can only vote once , you shouldnt be allowed to vote more and would need to bypass things in order to do so again even on another gamespeed , this isnt allowed , you can have 1 stc a day , its up to you what gamespeed

2.
doesnt matter , just once a day , aslong as its a fair difference it doesnt matterif its a little short of a day since you last voted.

3. no , this is cheating and falls under Q1. , you may ask qhy but your events dont tell you who just voted for you , so as far as staff are concerned , you made that vote unless you report to us someone done it without your permission
