Donations are things made to help out a cause, otherwise it wouldn`t be donating. If you`re paying money for something that will better you in any way other than feeling good about doing a selfless thing, then you are not really "donating" now are you? I hope this answers the questions of what donating gets you...

No. There are no paid projects or donation points on GC, and for a good reason.
