Sorry for the Schadenfreude, but it is fun watching the French meltdown, especially after "Hand Of God Two" to put them in the tourney.

I hope Bafana Bafana draw them, that would be a fitting end.

yeah ROCK EM All Whites!! NZ played 85 minutes of brilliant defense, especially considering the country has no professional soccer league and a population of about 4 million people! I bet the country is in an uproar right now.. :D

Surprised by Serbia? Lol the team won their qualifying group and have top players playing for top clubs, nothing surprising. Besides, Germany had 10 players for most of the game and missed a penalty. Luck wasn`t on their side.

This world cup has had some of the worst refereeing I`ve seen in a fair while..

I was very impressed with Serbia`s performance against the Germans yesterday!

Tell you what...I feel England are possibly the worst team at this world cup. Was in the pub for it last night, its such a disappointment.

I thought the USA/Slovenia game was brilliant and a draw was a fair result because Slovenia were brilliant in the first half.

USA side was just ROBBED of three points in Group play by a referee either high on crack or on the English payroll (both, perhaps?)

OMG to miss a penalty kick offense and call a nonexistent offsides in the same play, piled on to bad call after bad call (the Slovenians were given some bad calls as well) by this imbecilic, yellow card spewing, sightless lunatic!

take note that the german league has been using the current ball for a whole season.. the ball seems to befuddle others as the trajectory seems not to be in the norm.. expect a bit of surprise here and there..
