Racial Modifier

Gee, this sounds pretty "racist" to me ^_^

Build your empire to take advantage of your racial modifiers. If food bonus, consider an agricultural based empire where you mostly grow food on your planets. If population bonus, consider living on taxes and just build housing (but make sure you buy enough food.) Whatever the bonus, try to capitalize on them.

Racial modifiers either benefit or weaken specific incomes. They are passive so you don`t have to actually use them perse. From what I understand they are much like infrastructure research levels. For isntance Miners have +1000% mineral generation. So if the default is one mineral generated per planet per turn for them it is instead 11 minerals generated per planet per turn.
