You`re killin me people. there should be a raging battle all the times below 100k pr fighting at all times! I mean it barely costs extra turns to come out and build a fleet and multi task economy and fighting. you can STILL research out of dp you. you can even EXPLORE out of DP! give me something to shoot with guns!

Yeah, because people will risk losing awesome planets if their exploring out of DP. My experience was I forgot to border before coming out of DP as Guard but managed to get 3, ended up exploring a barren, lost a 1132 as my second border.
