Industry (GC)
1 * racial_modifier * (1 + industry_level / 10) = cg's per raw material

if your a terran i strongly suggest you dont try and make any , there is no negative affect to losing consumer goods / not having any
infact for terran the more consumer goods you are losing the higher your overall income would be , consumer goods can be baught off the market from 0-4 credits per unit and are sold to your population for 5 credits.
however a direct answer to your question would depend on your infra lvl etc
