Bad luck for Kraven. Then again, I have been wondering if people have been spamming him with money sucking artifacts and that`s why he now won`t ever leave VM.

there definitely has been at least 1 that has, think one of hbs attempts on rt had that a long time ago

As far as I know, explore UWs has been destroyed by the double attack bug in the past.

I think Saga got luckier.

So wait if he could had researched it fully he could had stayed in NP and actually have set it off due to we can`t do anything?

A 2nd note, what did happen was reset all the UW projects, say, Kraven already had researched. That means he has to research another, what like 500 turns to start a uw? at max PR that is a pretty penny, even if he is all SB`s.
