The Kalzul Overmind Project is a way of completing the game.
Once activated you can be attacked without power restrictions and have only 1 hour Damage Protection.
If you can last 48 hours without losing a battle below 500k pr or with less than 3 colonies you will successfully win and be added to the winners list. During uws exploring takes you out of dp
It is not recommended to try the uw until you are an experienced player with supporting feds
This also destroys 90% of everyone but your feds rescources, including food, cash, minerals, ore etc..For your fedmates it only destroys around 60%.
It does leave planets, income, research, etc alone though
