Im glad to hear that there are several things going on behind the scenes BW! More missions would be great and certainly add another aspect to the game if they are made cleverly.

Very nice to hear GC is still evolving.

Runnerman, rich empire do not normally have ability to enforece embargos,,if that were the case the arab states would have placed one on Israel long time ago..powerfull empires enforce embargos...and as we all know rich does not eguate to powerful on GC

<3`s out to the admin. Just my own 2 cents, Stephen should start up an ad campaign or links at popular gaming sites like addictinggames.com... just a thought.

Other thoughts to maybe make Stephen pay attention would be everyone stop buying paids for a calendar month... even if you just bought them the month before Steph would be forced to look into why income = 0$ for a whole month (or close to 0). of course this could backfire and he could flick the switch... but then again maybe that wouldn`t be horrible either. o.O

its a war game, in war there are trade embargo and blockades, therefore rich empires keep not as rich empires from becoming super powers of the galaxy its all stratagy

I am in no way blaming the staff, they do a great job at what they are allowed. And I realize to get ste to do something is like moving a mountain.

Runnerman it is not the players fault, if the game is designed to allow all the minerals to be bought by rich empires, then it is the games fault. As asked many, many time before, why not have a lower mineral cap. If people want to hoard their riches insead of buildings fleets and fighting, then have a unlimited ore cap. Let ore be the gold of GC...something must be done about the always empty market or no new players will ever stay. And with no new players there will be no future for GC

This thread is rather sad also makes me wonder why i should bother for you lot...

i put a ton of effort in mostly behind the scenes at this point and trying to fix the staff and even getting ste to put the effort in to make it so i can add/edit missions so that all races could then have missions and even upto act 3 maybe beyond ...

Even other things which im not mentioning here..

Since GC is dead apparently maybe ill go tell ste GC is the perfect thing to remove for his projects instead of trying hard to get things going and make it all a more enjoyable experience for you all

or even better maybe you people would prefer i walk away and leave all the knowledge i have of how gc runs to die with me and see what happens from there seeing as im almost certain alot of you seem to believe im just a corrupt admin who does nothing..

But hey lets see what you all have to this or maybe i wont get a response from the dead GC?

Holy heII, I don`t think I`ve laughed this much at something on GC in years. This thread delivers.

main reason GC is dead, is the market. A new person would look at it and say....**what the heck, a fighting game but I cannot even build a flee**t.,.if minerals are necessary to build a fleet they should at all times be available, just as turns and credits are always available. Look to UC to find the answer....

I love all you guys... i don`t think anyone intentionally hurt the game.... can we all please try to be respectful to one another, we are all stuck on this sinking raft together and might as well try to enjoy the time we have left here. *wonders off to meditate on peace, love and understanding*

i fail to see how thats a slam , dont see any of you newbs helping the game.

you can " try " and slam me once you do more for the game than i did. and ill probably still walk all over you with proven facts.

and wow who didnt anabolik h2puo , it was a fed made for fighting , any empire with a few planets could have anaboliked it , took a few seconds to remake and an hour or so to have everyone back in it lol`ing.

anaboliking kept wars going etc , now everyone is in naps with everyone. even the wars are sod all like they used to be due to its removal.

game was dead and dying rapidly before i became an admin , i slowed it down and almost stopped it dropping at all. talk out your arse`s all you like , i know the proven facts
