on GC can ore on a planet get bigger over time
ex:you have 100 or on a planet and you wait for a while (using turns)
will it get bigger
M Maraudian
ore does not go up , ever

a planet will have X amount of ore on it upon exploration , depending on the planet type etc will depend how much and how affectively you can mine it , it will never increase , once its gone its gone and you need to explore fresh planets to obtain more , or buy it off the market

well that had nothing to do with what i was asking ...
i ment to say that if you had no mining structures ...would the ore in the planet go up(and there is still ore left in the planet)

also, the ONLY use of building mining structures on any colony is to mine the ore.

It does NOT impact on mineral generation in any way shape or form. That formula is strictly based on planet count and colony mining mods along with actual researched mining infra levels (if applicable).

Hope that helped if you were wondering the use of mining buildings on the colonies once the ore has all been mined out.

Your taking away ore, not adding to it..so once you mine all the ore its all gone, no more. You add any mined ore automatically to your warehouse

No, Once you have mined all the ore it has on a planet, there is ore left on it.
