what advantages of u.eden for terran?
i want to know the special character of u.eden without fast growing pop.

the edan is used mainly for marauder , they can pop and plunder it within a short amount of turns making very large plunders

If you leave it on your border, to really annother others, remove all infra on it and leave it with 0 pop.

Well, if you want to go tax you certainly can, but if you wish to focus on commercial I`d just dump it or use it as a border. There is no bonus for anything but population growth. I wouldn`t reccomend keeping it if you want to stay focused on commercial.

i`m terran with 36 commercial infra only. (mission bonus housing 2)
u.eden has 2138 lands, u.fertile only where produces foods has 852 lands...

There is nothing special about the U eden. It only has around 1.2k-2k land on them which may be a reason to keep it. The only thing is that it raises population fast like you said.

U Edens are good mainly for population, you can use it for commercial as well if you wish.
