99% of the time however the food price is at or above $4 so agriculture is the "better" incomee, however it is also the harder one so spend a lot of time researching your infra and collectiong food before venturing out to fight or you will very easily end up in a lot of debt.
As a starting terran the easiest path of income is Commercial, meaning building commercial buildings on your planets and researching commercial infrastructure, Then just use turns and you will get a certain amount of money each turn, which can be viewed in the Income page.
The other way to make money as a terran is agriculture, or making food. Basically the same as comm, build agri buildings, research agricultural infrastructure, and you will produce a set amount of food each turn, though this isn`t shown in the income page, just use 1 turn and youll see how much. To make credits themselves you will need to sell the food on the market to other players. To make more than commercial you need to sell your food at 4$ per unit or above. If the general food price is lower than that, Commercial would be a better source of income.
