i have been enslaved just a second by someone... what it means? To get off being enslaved what should i do?
and what effects being enslaved?
is it different concept from `vassal in uw`?
if so, what is the difference?

If you are making money you will send 15% of your income, it will show as tribute in the window of when you spend turns. It tells you how much money you just made with the amt of turns spent as well as food and goods.
The Declare Independence link is under Slave Empires.
His dp status does not matter if you are going to declare independence.
Feel free to ask if anything doesn`t make sense to you.

but there is no mark about tribute on my balance sheet.

that means kind of Civil war?
if i get ready to declare independence, will i see the button about that?
if he was under the DP, can i declare against him?

Get to 10x their pr and go to Slave Empires and Declare Independence. Yes, enslavement in gc is quite different from uc. Slaves automatically give tribute to a master and the master can punish the slaves thereby reducing your planet loyalty, the master can send protection if they choose, and they can also send some of your tribute back to you, but not in the same manner as in uc.
