if u have four 0 loyalty clusters 0 pop and one 2500 with pop.when u cluster will loyalty be 500 or 2500?

ahh... i think i know... it`s still related to pop of each individual planets... i tried the 3rd time and this time i max all the pop first then raise 1 planet`s loyalty to 100... when clustered, it`s 60...
so perhaps we can guess what`s the answer for devorock`s question... :)

hmmm... 2nd time, same calculation... i got 58 instead... hmmmm... there`s another factor to be considered...

i`ve tested 4 x 50 and 1 x 100 loyalty... at the end, i got C1 with 59 loyalty... it puzzled me... isn`t it suppose to be 60 instead since 300/5 = 60?
yeah... yeah... we all known about Stephen`s math... but still i doubt it`s Stephen`s fault... lol...
