Can`t Destroy An Ocean Planet

There is an oceanic planet i own with an x beginning the planet code. For some reason I cannot plunder it; when I open up its plunder page the box with all the planet and credit info is completely empty except for the yellow "Plunder Colony" title. I did`nt see anything in the manual about that. Is this a bug, and can it be fixed?

X. class is Xtreme class planet. It means you cannot plunder it. You need to cliuster it with some gas planets (or other small colonies) and plunder it, or you need to lose it in battle.
