Restarting while in VM?

Hey guys, still kinda new to the game. I just restarted my empire after putting it into Vacation Mode longer than necessary. My brother told me that restarting could work but might be bugged. Turns out he is right, on both accounts. It does work but now i cannot access my artifacts page. Other pages seem to be fine thought. Appreciate if an admin could look into this. Thanks.
