make sure it is in C:\GC\GC
that means a folder named GC inside a folder named GC on the C drive has the client images and stuff inside
also some firefox browsers and others have trouble with letting it work... mine still doesnt
thee is a way to do it but it is a little complex, but if you have IE just make sure your security settings are low enough to allow client use
