when u cluster colonies does the land add up and does the infrastructure on the planet add up?

Loyalty can be made ot be the largest one is used, if you destroy all housing on the other lower ones =D and when you cluster the cluster will have housing so no worrys..good trick for guards and tax empires
along with colony attributes ( these will all become cluster attributes , this is both good and bad depending on what you want , mostly good though )
yep they all merge together as a whole , only thing that will differ is the loyalty total
