PP after you pass 1.2 bill the game won`t let you build anymore.. so build to 1.199 and then use 45 turns to build the most PR u can

it does it doe maybe having the UW going will let u >.>

Because i am 200k from doing it. It feels better to say. I were at max PR, than; I were almost there.

why would u wanna do that O.O

Well.. It is not like this UW surprised the server in any way I guess. So here it goes.
