You can send a PM (private message) to somebody by looking them up using intelligence and choosing the send message option, or by clicking on "Private Message" near the top of your screen to the left of your cash display. From there you can read and reply to messages, as well as send them by going to "Send Message" and typing in the person`s name manually.
