u get income every turn right? if it does then why is it that when i get a turn i get no money i dont even get food and im produceing more than what i need but isnt it giving me money

by the looks of it you should be making money each turn.
use a turn then log out and log in and then use another turn and post what it says at the top as far as your consumption for the turn is concered.
ie
1 turn used **** credits ##### food &&&&&& goods
post that bit

income is determined by your infrastructures and expenditures such as fleet.
at the top of your page you will see a button that says income.
if you post that here on this thread i will lookk and tell you how to solve this. but the most likely issue is that your fleet is more expensive that ur income.
