Luck Artifacts

Wish Stephen would release the math for the luck artifacts, but i doubt even he has the ability to look at his own code anymore :(

luck arties are most likely only good for finding other arti`s or making arti`s with :P

Luck artis of the same type don`t stack (afort on afort, suerte on suerte), and they both work equally well, just with different periods of time. Suertes last X number of turns while aforts last X number of minutes (don`t know the numbers exactly). Thats the gist of it.

same here, I figured that out long ago the one time I made a bunch of major gordos, used a luck artifact, and found out that MGs are useless unless you`re gordoing your homeworld, which isn`t worth it if you`re already gordoing something else.

I`ve noticed the same with the gordo`s spuds

With Stephens math and other factors like system used, using reg`s or digging, Time using luck Arties, how many turns used, what server speed (Yes digging does change with @ server speed), etc...
It is very random. My experience is luck arties are a waste on Uncommon, and common digs. I have had better luck with mixed and rare.

I do know that they do not, I mean Do Not work with gordos. 250 gordos will give you an average of 30 with or without luck arties.

Ive heard that the minor ones last approx. 3-5 secs major about 10 sec. Im not sure if thats right just rumors ive heard from the past about them :)

Oh, and using these before using things like Regalos makes them more effective I believe, though again, don`t quote me. I wouldn`t be surprised if it aided exploring, but who knows for sure?

Though I think the arties are time based, not turn based, but don`t quote me on that. Major Afortunado is the most effective by far according to the site I got my arti information from
