PM Doesn`t Flash... Solution..

usually when i log in it always flashes but its an old pm.... i check it any way but nothing is ever there 0.o

In fact it happened to one player who said that he was suspended cuz his little brother who was clicking the research button for him didn`t answer any PMs seeing if he was a bot or not.

What if he was playing for really long times and his PM box just wasn`t working? Same thing would have happened.......

Again, very big problem for players and admins.

On a further note anyone but yourself playing your account (Weather it be brother/sister/cat/dog/frog/bot is also against the rules.. as it is not your work on your OWN empire)

yes, this is a very big problem because if the admin decides to send a pm in order to see if you`re a bot or not, and you don`t know you got the message, then the admin will just assume you`re a bot, put you in 1 trillion credit debt, log you off, and boom you just lost your empire.

yea, it sucks, and it`s been known to happen. It happened to me on the death match server and was suspended for botting when I did no such thing (I didn`t win that round and gained nothing)....all for failing to check my PMs and respond to them and I kept logging in when a forced log out was initiated.

Actually your incorrect PM`s are only sent to save time in bot checking if the person is there and we happen to be incorrect and they see the pm no harm done.. and no one is placed into 1trillion debt they bot that up themselves or perhaps you thinking that missing the fact your losing a massive amount per turn from a small positive income straight into max debt for several hours is possible...

as for what happened with you on the DM Dunno wasnt admin then but i don`t want to see any more of this in the Fourm if you have a something against staff or to say to staff do it in private... Abuse > Complain against Guide/Admins can only be viewed by stephen and paid staff..

my flashes when ever i get on a diff computer or somenthing even when i dont have unread... lol

opps, just checked, apparently it happened to me on ultra, fast, and normal :P

yeah, I had this happen to me on Fast once.

It`s `cause Stephen doesn`t use know how or when to use cookies.

yes, it happens a lot to me on slow server particularly for some reason. Not so much on other servers. Dunno why it happens. A lot of times i`ll log in and find a 17 day old message or something in my box and the PM wasn`t flashing the entire 17 says i`ve logged in.

i heard something about that once..

It doesn`t flash when you have a un-read old pm...maybe read all pm so it dont happen ...
