I`d like to see a simple clerical modification... have the Similare C.# planet numbers decremented by 1 (so a single assimilated planet would be Similare C.0).
That`s how nearly all programming languages handle arrays, the first item in a list is in index 0. (They`re cybernetic, right?) Also, it would logically compensate that a non-collective Cluster 1 will be roughly equivalent to a C.1. Finally, it makes more sense because 4^0 = 1... so, 1 planet. Sure, 0 is not a Natural Number... but the Collective are not Natural!!! :-P
