max colonies

max colonies for a.miners is 12 (+main) = 13. you cannot attack if you have 13 colonies, but you can with 12. does that mean, you can capture 3 colonies in the attack and have 15 colonies (2 over the max)?

this is true however with A.Miner it is also possible to get to around 20 colonies as there is a missione where you need to have 80 planets to proceed, if u have max cols when u complete that mission and recieve the colonies then keep doing the missions you gain more colonies from the missions and can get up to around 20`ish. =P

Yes, you can be at max colonies and still gain 3 colonies in an attack. You won`t be able to attack untill you are back down to 12 colonies or less for a miner.
