how do u make money? i read through the whole manual and the only stuff i found for how to make money, was stuff that i couldnt understand

You need to research infrastructure and assign buildings to planets. It helps to have no fleet if you are trying to make money. If you are industry, mining, or food production-based income, you need to sell your resources on the market and wait for people to buy it. I will send you a game guide I wrote to help you out :)
