Dang, GW all I had to do was ask on Forum! Wish that I would have asked years ago, then maybe I could have one or two W`s to go with my mega boat load of L`s.

ah so thats who it works eh...

any ships that have this:

No retaliation
Ships attacked by this ship cannot return fire.

pretty self explanatory...

simple:

open up your ship list

pick 10 ships that have good damage:PR and hull:PR ratios.

put 3 high range ships (8+) in your top 3 stack, these guys are the ships that will fire first, deal good damage, and die real easy.
put 3 high hull ships in your middle stack, these guys will even out your fleet, so you don`t self-wipe on someone
put 4 no-retal ships in your bottom stack, these guys are really helpful in killing people who spam a lot.
