is Collective beet then A.miner (Over all)?

I would go with the A.Miner aswell purely because the collective cannot explore and since they cannot explore if you run out of money and have no ships basically you are doomed.

collective ships since the update are very interesting to work wtih for sure, and they actually are a race with some kick now, add to that you make a bunch by building up a planet population wise then plundering it for cash.
aminer though also are kick botty cheek`s now too, ships adjusted as well, make cash in a hurry, though if you were going pure war and attack i`d go collective, but stick to prs under 8 mill.
with aminer pr choice is yours, just learn how to stack with them, they`re a breeze to make money off with mining, market is always short of minerals, and they are a fav race of mine along with marauder and terran.
