ok... this is weird... lol...

b4 i attacked this fella, i had a feeling he`s a vet coz it`s the empire is like a trap and i was right coz he had 50 T.Sentouki...

i attacked twice coz he was still out of DP after the 1st attack... i won 1st attack but defeated on 2nd... and i`m wondering how did he lost a colony coz i didn`t notice he had any colony at all b4 i attack him... lol...

I believe the reason for it is that the system does not allow you to attack anyone with a pr of 5k or less, whilst the `not protected` message is called for any empire not in dp with a pr of 5k or above.. if that makes sense

and one more thing... Kurvy`s empire in Normal is exactly at 5k PR... it`s not protected BUT you can`t attack him... cool eh? lol...

in that case, better to have some colonies rather than none... lol...

the system calculates how many cols you would have lost if you actually had any planets to lose
