or like they said if your housing then its all about ur infra level...
How did u get a 1k U large....the smallest u can have is a 2k one..unless its maybe S class?
or is that all the infra your putting on it lol. if so your pr will be like 4.5k :)

al long as you keep your population down you`ll be around 3500 pr

depends on how high your research is, but since you are keeping the U. Large I can assume you`re a tax mner so the population on the U. large would most likely push you over 5k pr.
