I think that GC should get a new project.

currently to perform and complete the missions it makes you use silly infrastructure for certain races, so basically what i think would be a nice idea is a one time use I-Tech facility so that all research infrastructure can be swapped around once the missions are completed.

it could even be the bonus for doing the missions and is also therefore a paid priveledge! =P

Was already in place after numerous botched upgrades and other such problems, It happened to have a small bug in it, so it was removed as opposed to being fixed
